What to expect in each Class

Krissi blends expressive dance, playful cardio, and somatic awareness into classes that leave you feeling energized, grounded, and lit up from the inside out.
Classes are guided but spacious. You’ll be offered movement ideas, rhythms, and themes — and then encouraged to make them your own.
Want to move big? Go for it! Want to stay gentle and soft? Beautiful.
